We believe in doing a transparent business with our customers. Here is a quick overview of our terms and conditions (as we know you will not have time to read in detail)
- We do not take exchange of return after the order is placed. All products go through a quality check prior to dispatch. In the rare case you receive a damaged product, we will either replace or refund for the damaged product.
- You need to notify us within 2 working days (max 4 working days) in case you receive a damaged product. Notification can be through WhatsApp (7799886867) or email (support@theoneshop.in) along with photos of the damaged piece.
- The damaged product should be returned to our warehouse to facilitate any exchange or refund, or as decided by the management.
- Our liability ends at the point of first delivery. If you arrange for onward transit of the shipment received from us, we will not be responsible for any discrepancy arising in that.
- Though we have a double check process and an error rate of less than 0.5%, we still can’t rule out human error in packing. We suggest that you check every single piece upon receiving your shipment.
- In case we offer a refund, it will take 3 to 4 working days to do a bank transfer. If the refund is being made into the card through the payment gateway, it will take 12 to 14 days.

Welcome to TheOneShop.in, an eCommerce portal run by One eStore Private Limited, hereinafter referred to as The One Shop.
The One Shop provides services to you subject to the terms and conditions given hereunder. By visiting www.theoneshop.in and placing an order, it’s understood you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. You are also advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the terms and conditions from time to time.
These terms and conditions are applicable for orders placed with us through any channels mentioned below, a) Through our website www.theoneshop.in b) Through WhatsApp on the published numbers in the contact page of this website c) Through email to contact@theoneshop.in d) Through our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/TheOneShopIndia and e) Through our display points mentioned in the contact page of this website.
The One Shop may add to or change or update these terms and conditions from time to time, at the discretion of the management. You are responsible for checking the latest terms and conditions periodically or at the time of placing your order, to remain in compliance with these terms.
These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order placed or service provided by The One Shop. By using the shopping services of The One Shop, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
It is further understood, that usage of terms ‘The Return Gift Shop’, ‘The Corporate Gift Shop’, ‘The Bangle Shop’ and ‘The Paper Bag Shop’ would imply ‘The One Shop’ whether on this site or elsewhere for the scope of this agreement.
Definitions:
The term ‘Agreement’ means the Terms and Conditions (T&C) contained herein along with the Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Shipping and Delivery Policy as provided on The One Shop. It will also include references to this Agreement as and when amended, notated, supplemented, varied or replaced.
The terms ‘Site’, ‘Website’, ‘Portal, and ‘Platform’ would mean The One Shop online shopping platform owned and operated by ONE eSTORE PRIVATE LIMITED, which provides provides return gifts, corporate gifts, and paper bags to customers worldwide.
The term ‘Buyer’ refers to any person placing an order on The One Shop to purchase products listed on the site.
Sale and Purchase of Goods
The One Shop (Seller) intends to sell the products displayed on this site as per description provided for each product. It is understood that the buyer is purchasing the products from the site as per the terms and conditions outlined.
Product Price
The One Shop would run offers from time to time, which are limited period offers. It is considered final, that the Buyer is purchasing the products as per the price listed at the time of placing the order. The product prices may vary from time to time, and The One Shop would not offer any refund for the variation of price compared to other sellers, and also with any variation in price on The One Shop at a different point of time.
Payment Terms
The payment should be made in full prior to despatch of the product, inclusive of additional delivery charges wherever applicable. In case of customised pricing, an email invoice would be sent for payment. It is understood that such invoice should be paid within 4 hours from receipt of email. In the event of delay in payment, and the product going out of stock, The One Shop will not be liable for any delays in despatch due to delayed payment.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are to be borne by the buyer except where free shipping is offered, and would be billed separately based on the product, quantity, and destination for delivery. It is understood and agreed upon, that both physical weight and volumetric weight of the consignment will be taken into consideration for calculating the delivery charges, and will be billed in accordance to whichever is higher.
Shipping Terms
Unless agreed upon explicitly otherwise, all shipping will be as per The One Shop shipping policy. Delivery dates provided by The One Shop are estimates only. The One Shop will make all reasonable efforts to deliver in accordance with such dates. However, The One Shop will not be liable for any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond it’s control or that of the courier.
Packaging
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by The One Shop with the Buyer, all goods and products shall be packaged according to The One Shop’s standards and practices.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
It is understood that the ‘Buyer’ is responsible for assuring that the product being ordered can be lawfully imported to the destination country, to which they intend to get the product delivered.
When ordering from The One Shop, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders shipped to countries outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and any additional fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
It is further understood that The One Shop has no control over these charges, nor would maintain any record of such charges which vary from country to country. The Buyer should contact their local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
At times the customs, duties and taxes may be collected from the Buyer by the carrier after paying it to the local customs office on Buyer’s behalf. Similarly, Octroi charges, as applicable, will be collected by the carrier from the consignee (Buyer). The One Shop, has no control over such charges, and will not be party to it.
The ‘Buyer’ may be required to submit social security number, tax ID or any such proof of address or business as required by their customs office to have the shipment cleared. It is the responsibility of the ‘Buyer’ to ensure they have the required documents.
In very rare cases, the consignment might be put on hold by customs at the port of origin for additional scrutiny. This is as part of their random check of items being exported. While we send all relevant documents along with the shipment, these additional checks might involve scrutiny charges, etc., by authorised valuers. Any such charges will be notified to the buyer and the charges will be levied on the buyer. In all such cases, the processing of the shipment will be done only after making the requisite payment and we do not have any control on the delay.
In case of customs non-clearance either at the port of origin or the port of delivery, The One Shop will not be responsible for the loss incurred by the ‘Buyer’ for non delivery of the products.
Other Terms
There could be a variation in design, weight, dimensions and colour as all products are handmade. The variation upto 10% is considered acceptable as per this agreement. Further, all handmade products do not look similar, and might have slight imperfections. While all care would be taken to remove products with imperfections, it is understood that the Buyer is aware of it at the time of placing the order.
Any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price may be cancelled at the discretion of the management within 24 hours. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed, the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.
In any credit card transactions, the user must use his/her own credit card. The One Shop will not be liable for any credit card fraud.
The One Shop will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the products and services on this site. This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission outside the scope of The One Shop. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behaviour, negligence, or under any other cause of action.
The One Shop shall not be held responsible for non-availability of the website during periodic maintenance operations or any unplanned suspension of access to the website that may occur due to technical reasons or for any reason beyond the company’s control. The user understands and agrees that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the website is done entirely at their own discretion and risk and they will be solely responsible for any damage to their computer systems or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data
Force Majeure
The One Shop shall not be held responsible for any failure of performance to make timely delivery of all or any part of the Goods in the event such failure was due, in whole or in part, to federal, provincial or municipal action, statute, ordinance or regulation, strike or other labor trouble, fire or other damage to or destruction of, in whole or in part, the goods or the manufacturing facility for the goods, the lack of or inability to obtain raw materials, labor, fuel, electrical power, water or supplies, or any other cause, act of nature or god, contingency or circumstances not subject to the reasonable control of Seller, which causes delays or hinders the manufacture or delivery of goods. The One Shop shall determine in good faith the extent to which it can reasonably control a cause, contingency, or circumstance that affects the performance of its obligations.
General
Buyer may not assign this agreement without The One Shop’s written consent. If there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and any other agreement included with or relating to the Goods, this Agreement shall govern. This Agreement may not be modified, altered or amended without the written agreement of The One Shop. Any additional or altered terms attached to any order submitted by Buyer shall be null and void, unless expressly agreed to in writing by The One Shop. If any term of this Agreement is illegal or unenforceable, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired. This Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the Telangana, India, without giving effect to conflicts-of-law rules; and in the event of a dispute under this Agreement; Buyer submits to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, India and hereby waives any objection to such jurisdiction and venue.
