What are your shipping costs in India?

We offer free delivery for most postcodes within India for orders above Rs. 3000/-, subject to the minimum order quantity mentioned against the product.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How do I place an order for international shipping?

We currently haven’t activated the feature to place an international shipping order directly from the site. We will let you know the total amount payable along with shipping, and the order procedure.

What are your international shipping costs?

The shipping cost for overseas orders would depend on the weight slab, which will be calculated based on the products you order and the quantity required.

Which carrier do you use for international shipping?

We generally ship through FedEx, UPS or DHL. We may be using other carriers, on case to case basis. You will be provided with the corresponding tracking number upon shipping.

How many days will it take to deliver my order?

Most orders are usually shipped within 2 working days, subject to stock availability. Transit time in courier would depend on the destination, and would take anywhere between 2 to 7 working days. The despatch time for each product is mentioned against the corresponding product description, and would vary from 5 to 21 working days depending on the product. Do you offer priority shipments?

We do offer priority shipment options, subject to stock availability and courier service to the desired destination. To discuss the same, please email us on or call +91-7799886867.

Do you have a physical store?

We have a warehouse store, attached to our warehouse in Hyderabad. You can look at the display products and buy directly at the store, subject to stock availability. If you wish to order for samples elsewhere within India, please contact us through WhatsApp or email as mentioned in the contact page.

Do you offer gift wrapping service?

Do you offer COD?

We currently do not offer cash on delivery option. All consignments will be despatched through third party courier, only on prior order using the payment options provided.

Can I exchange or return products, if the number of guests at our function is less than expected?

We strictly do not exchange or take returns of products once sold. We advise you to order as per the required quantity.
