What are your shipping costs in India?
We offer free delivery for most postcodes within India, subject to the minimum order quantity mentioned against the product.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

How do I place an order for international shipping?
We currently haven’t activated the feature to place an international shipping order directly from the site. Please contact us on WhatsApp (+91-7799886867) or Email (contact@theoneshop.in) with the selection of products, quantity required and shipping address. We will let you know the total amount payable along with shipping, and the order procedure.

What are your international shipping costs?
The shipping cost for overseas orders would depend on the weight slab, which will be calculated based on the products you order and the quantity required.

Which carrier do you use for international shipping?
We generally ship through FedEx Priority. You will be provided with the FedEx tracking number upon shipping.

How many days will it take to deliver my order?
Most orders are usually shipped within 2 working days, subject to stock availability. Transit time in courier would depend on the destination, and would take anywhere between 2 to 7 working days. The despatch time for each product is mentioned against the corresponding product description, and would vary from 5 to 21 working days depending on the product. Do you offer priority shipments?

Do you have a physical store?
We currently have a display point at Plot 7, Krithika Layout, Madhapur, Hyderabad, where you can find most of the products on display. You can visit the store and place an order too.

Can we buy directly from your store?
We are primarily an eCommerce company and the store is only a display point, to enable customers to have a look at the physical product before placing an order. You can either order directly at the store or through our website, after seeing the product. The order would get despatched from our warehouse. We do have limited stock of selective items at the store from time to time, and the store executive will assist you regarding the same subject to availability.

Do you offer gift wrapping service?
We do not offer gift wrapping service, as we are a bulk gifting eCommerce store. Our objective is to offer a wide variety of gifting options to our customers at a reasonable price. As an alternative to gift wrapping, we have paper bags and organza bags starting from the same price range.

Do you offer COD?
We currently do not offer cash on delivery option. All consignments will be despatched through third party courier, only on prior order using the payment options provided.

Can I exchange or return products, if the number of guests at our function is less than expected?
We strictly do not exchange or take returns of products once sold. We advise you to order as per the required quantity.
